As we are affiliated with Gymnastics Ireland we have a variety of competitions to compete at during the year.

The Floor - Display Event

This event is a fun way to experience competition within relaxed environment usually held around November / December in UL, Limerick
This competition includes just 2 events:

Vault
During term 1 we run extra classes for members interested in competing. There is a trial to get into these classes and work towards this Competition.
National Series -
General Levels
The National Series is Gymnastics Ireland's competitive events programme.
These Competitions include all 4 events:

-
Beam
-
Bars
These competitions are aimed for kids in or squads programme and work through the general levels of competition from 1 - 10.
National Series -
Plus Level and F.I.G
Plus Level and FIG competitions are designed for kids working down the elite programme.
These Competitions include all 4 events:

These competitions are aimed for kids in or plus level squad programme and work through the plus level routines and towards FIG.
The Floor
The Floor is fun mix of dance and gymnastics with the aim to create an annual showcase where our member clubs pull together a performance to show everyone just how skilful, fun, entertaining & exciting our sport is.
This event is open to all levels of ability, all ages & all categories of Gymnastics Ireland membership.
For this event Gymnastics Ireland brings the X-Factor to 'The Floor '
We run trials to get into our display groups and work towards the Floor usually held around June bank holiday.
