Day 1 results
The girls had an amazing day with most taking part in first 4 piece competition
First up were the level 1 U8s who were amazing. Team consisted of Madison, Ava, Chloe, Sophia, Nicole.
Level 1 u8
Team placing 1st with over 4 points clear of 2nd
All Around : Madison 1st place and Sophie 2nd
Special mention to Nicole who finished 8th after being ill all last week

Team consisting of Anna, Eve, Lucy, Lily, Shona. Individual Gabby
Team placing 1st
All around - Anna 1st and Lucy 3rd
With Shona also in 4th

Day 2 Results
Today was our level 5 team, level 3 individual and level 3 plus individual
Level 5 team consisting of Sinead, Charley, Sophie and Kate. The girls worked hard throughout the competition and finished on a high with some beautiful floor routines. The girls finished in a super 6th place.
Level 3 individuals were Evelyn and Aisling. Both girls also doing lovely floor routines with Aisling getting a huge 11.75!
Evelyn finished very well finishing in 7th place
Level 3 plus. Bethan jumped up from level 1 plus to 3 plus in just 6 months, she did amazingly well to finish on the top 15

KGA In-house Competition - Sat 11 June 2022
On Saturday 18th June KGA hosted its first in house competition for our recreational and development gymnasts.
We had over 120 competitors ranging from 4-15 yrs old with both boys and girls involved.
We ran 5 separate competitions across the day where gymnasts got to perform routines on all 4 apparatuses.
We started with our youngest members, then moved up in categories in age up to over 10s and teens and then ended the day with our intermediate /advanced, gymstart and minis/development trying GI level 1.
It was an amazing day and so nice to finally have an audience in the gym.
All gymnasts did brilliantly and we ate super proud of them all
Gymnastics Ireland - National Series - FIG All Around Championships
24th May 2022
A massive well done to our new 1st ever Level 1 plus Bronze medallist Bethan!
Bethan is the clubs 1st gymnast to compete in Gymnastics Ireland Plus Levels, which is a high performance route.
Gymnastics Ireland - Gymstart Competition March 6th 2022
A great weekend for all our gymnasts who competed at their 1st competition. Such an amazing fun-filled day with a great bunch of gymnasts, coaches and judges. All the gymnasts did amazing with 17 out of 21 gymnasts medalling!

National Series 2021 WAG competition
The weekend of 6/7th of November 2021 we see our squad girls compete for this first time in over 2 years, with some attending their first ever competition
We wish them loads of luck and are very proud of how hard they have worked towards this with such little time to prepare!
We had a very successful weekend - All the girls were amazing
Day 1 we saw:
Over 9 Level 2A Freya coming in 3rd winning the bronze medal and Anna finishing in top 20
Session 2:
W e saw Over 9 Level 2C Molly crowned National Champion winning the gold medal by over 5 points
Level 3 over 10's lily coming in 5th and Halle coming in 7th
Day 2 was another successful day for KGA
Level 2 A Bethan came 4th only missing 3rd by 0.18 and earning the highest floor score
Level 2 B saw Evelyn finish in top 30
Level 4's took away the team silver,
Sophie was also crowned all round champion winning gold
Sinead came an amazing 4th and Charley top 15
